Benefits of Skating

Studies have shown that skateboarding, or really any skating activity, leads to more positive mental health and wellbeing, especially among young people. The barriers to entry for skating is quite low as well, making it an innately inclusive sport. We believe a renovated skate park is a good next step for our community.
